Jane Onoka is an experienced financial coach and gender integration expert with over twenty years of global experience. She is originally from Kenya and currently lives in the United States. She has advised organizations at different levels—including global philanthropic organizations, development finance institutions, private sector companies in several sectors such as finance, agribusiness, and education, among others—on strategies for gender inclusion, blended finance, and sustainable investment. Holding a bachelor's degree in education, an MBA, and an MA in gender and development, Jane built her career at the intersection of finance and social impact.
Her professional journey has included working with one of the world's most prestigious developmental institutions, where she designed and led initiatives to expand access to finance and markets for women, entrepreneurs, and smallholder farmers. From boardrooms in Washington, DC, to rural villages in Africa and South Asia, she gained a front-row view of both the promise and the shortcomings of traditional development approaches.
Over time, she became increasingly drawn to solutions that empowered individuals, especially women, to take ownership of their financial futures.
In 2023, Jane made a bold pivot, leaving her high-profile role to fully align her career with her purpose: helping women achieve financial clarity, confidence, and independence.
